We update performance analytics no later than 5 days after each monthly content cycle closes. Your dedicated account manager will walk you through engagement data, lead conversion rates, and localized audience growth.

Onboarding Checklists:

Before our crew arrives for a menu photo shoot, ensure that:

  • Dishes are prepped

  • Logos are uploaded

We cannot accept the following assets:

  • Low-resolution smartphone screenshots or heavily watermarked stock images.

  • Outdated menus, pricing guides, or incorrect seasonal dish descriptions.

  • Content lacking proper brand alignment or violating community standards.

  • Third-party graphics or icons that conflict with our organic art direction.

We reserve the right to pause content scheduled for publishing if visual assets do not meet our refined quality standards.

Asset Uploads

Clients are responsible for confirming ingredient accuracy. Upload final recipe copies to our creative team via your link:

We cannot be held responsible for publishing delayed menus if inputs are late. We recommend submitting photos, press releases, and copy drafts at least ten days in advance. Delayed assets will roll over to the subsequent week's social plan.

Tools:

Each client dashboard is linked directly to a private asset library and live social feed preview. Once your team reviews the proposed feed layout, digital approval can be submitted directly on the dashboard page.

If visual assets aren't approved within the weekly feedback window, our marketing strategists will auto-publish based on the previously agreed-upon brand content calendar.
